Together with the Maruzza Friuli Venezia Giulia Regional Association, the Maruzza Foundation is among the cofounders and promoters of the Sole di Notte Park which is a project aimed at creating the first multifunctional centre for children with serious, chronic and incurable illness (and their families) in Italy.
The Parco Sole di Notte will be situated in the town centre of Pordenone in proximity to the San Valentino park on the site of a historic villa that, together with its parkland, will be converted into a recreational hub where children with serious illness of all ages can experience independence and inclusion whilst enjoying a variety of ludic activities in a protected environment.
